Dr, Victor Simms is the 11th out of 13 children! Yes, you read that right, 11th out of 13! He has had quite the journey to becoming the chief of Internal Medicine at his current institution. Growing up in a rough area gave him a mental fortitude for success and he has capitalized on that! Even with his great successes and overcoming the odds, Dr. Simm’s remains as humble as they come!
